Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change, and we do our best to be as flexible as possible. Below is our cancellation and refund policy for all tour bookings.

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of reserving your tour date. This deposit secures your spot and allows us to begin preparing your experience.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation terms apply:

  • More than 30 days before the tour: 50% refund of the total tour cost (excluding the non-refundable deposit)
  • 15 to 30 days before the tour: 20% refund of the total tour cost (excluding the non-refundable deposit)
  • Less than 14 days before the tour: Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund at this stage

How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, please contact us in writing via email or WhatsApp as soon as possible. The cancellation date will be based on the time we receive your written request.


Please Note:

  • All refunds are processed in ZAR (South African Rand) and may be subject to bank or transaction fees depending on your payment method and location.
  • No-shows or missed departures are non-refundable.
  • In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, we’ll do our best to work with you on alternative arrangements, but standard cancellation policies still apply unless otherwise stated.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
