Booking & Payments

How do I book a tour?

Booking your tour is super simple! Just choose the Kruger package that catches your eye, pick your preferred dates, and add any extras or experiences you’d like to include. You can either pay a 50% deposit to secure your spot or pay the full amount upfront — whichever suits you best. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll be in touch to help advise on your flights and travel arrangements so everything lines up perfectly for your adventure.

Can I book my tour directly on your website?


Yes, you can! Just pick your Kruger package, add your extras, and you’re all set for adventure.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments through Paystack. You can choose to:

  • Pay a 50% deposit to secure your booking and settle the remaining 50% 14 days before your tour date, or
  • Pay the full amount upfront at the time of booking.

All payments are processed safely through Paystack.

Is a deposit required to secure my booking?

Yes, a deposit is required within 48 hours of reserving your date. This helps us hold your spot and start preparing for your trip. If you have any questions about the deposit or payment process, just let us know—we’re here to help!

Can I make changes to my booking after it’s confirmed?


Yes, you can make changes to your booking after it’s confirmed. Just keep in mind that any changes may be subject to price differences—especially if you’re swapping out activities. If you need to adjust something, just get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

Is my deposit refundable?

No, the deposit is non-refundable. It secures your booking and helps us begin preparing your tour experience.

Can I reschedule instead of canceling?


We’ll always do our best to accommodate rescheduling, depending on availability. Just reach out to our team, and we’ll see what we can do.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

If you need to cancel your tour, here’s how our cancellation terms work:

  • More than 30 days before the tour starts: You’ll receive a 50% refund of the total tour cost (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
  • 15 to 30 days before the tour: You’ll receive a 20% refund (excluding the deposit).
  • Less than 14 days before the tour: Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund at this stage.

Do you offer payment plans?


We do offer payment plans, but only on request. The full amount must be paid before the tour begins. If you’d like to explore this option, just reach out—we’re happy to chat and see what works best for you!

What are add-ons, and how do they work?

Add-ons are the extra experiences you can include to make your tour even more unforgettable! Once you’ve chosen your Kruger package, you can pick from a range of optional adventures — like elephant encounters, the scenic Panorama Route, visits to a wildlife or chimp rehabilitation centre, hot air ballooning, tiger fishing, and more to come. Each add-on adds an extra day or two to your trip, giving you more time to explore, unwind, and make the most of your South African experience.

Are all add-ons available year-round?


Yes — all of our add-ons are available year-round! No matter when you travel, you can add extra experiences to make your adventure even more special.

Are your tours private or shared?


All of our tours are fully private, which means it’s just you and your group — no strangers, no crowds. This way, your experience is more personal, flexible, and tailored exactly to your pace and interests.

Do your tours include park entry fees?


Yes — all Kruger National Park entry fees and any other relevant entrance fees for activities included in your tour are covered in the package price. That way, you don’t have to worry about extra costs on the day — just relax and enjoy the experience.

Do you accommodate families with children?


Absolutely! Our tours are family-friendly and welcome children aged 5 and up. We love helping families create lasting memories together — whether it’s spotting the Big Five, learning about animal tracks, or simply enjoying the magic of the bush. Our guides are experienced in making safaris fun and engaging for younger travellers while keeping everyone safe and comfortable throughout the adventure.

What is the group size on your tours?


We keep our tours small and personal, with a maximum of 8 guests per group. This ensures a more relaxed experience, plenty of space in the vehicle, and more time to connect with your guide and fellow travellers. If you’re travelling with a larger group, no problem — simply get in touch with our team, and we’ll be happy to arrange a special tour tailored to your group’s needs.

How far in advance should I book my tour?


We recommend booking your tour at least 6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred dates and accommodations — especially during peak travel seasons. That said, we understand that travel plans can be spontaneous! If you’re booking last minute, just reach out to our team, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

What is the typical duration of your tours?


Our tours usually last between 6 and 15 days, giving you plenty of time to explore and enjoy your destination without feeling rushed. Whether you’re looking for a quick getaway or a deeper dive into the culture, we’ve got options that fit your style!

Can you assist with flights or onward travel arrangements?


We’re happy to help you with suggestions on dates and times to make your travel as smooth as possible. However, airfare isn’t included in our packages, so you’ll need to book your flights separately. If you need any tips or advice, just reach out—we’re here to help!

Do I need any vaccinations or travel documents?
