8 Day Kruger Itinerary

Day 1

The CicadaCo team will pick you up from Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport (MQP) whereafter we head to our acommodation in the greater Kruger National Park. After settling in we jump straight into the action with your first game drive.

Day 2-8

Day 2-8 Includes a private safari vehicle and guide at your disposal from 6am-6pm. this gives you flexible gameviewing times and allows for full day game drives if so desired. All drives for the duration of your stay are private except for night drives wich are booked as a add-on activity.

Day 9

Day 9 Marks the end of your time with CicadaCo.

We will transfer you back to Kruger Mpumalanga International airport (MQP) for your journey home.

How our packages work

.Flights

If your flight arrives after 13:00 accommodation is available close to the airport ( $150 P/P PER NIGHT) The following day will then be seen as Day 1 of your package to ensure you get the full experience.If you do not manage to find a flight for the end date of the tour accommodation can be arranged for the above mentioned fee. ( Pickup and drop of point is MQP Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport)

.Accommodation

At CicadaCo we value privacy, luxury and exclusivity, we use a range of privately owned Villas and lodges based on your specific needs. Our acommodations Include the Greater Kruger national park ( privately owned lodgings incorporated into the park) and private nature reserves bordering the park witch gives you the freedom of going for a afternoon walk or jog without the threat of running into dangerous game. After booking these prefrences will be discussed with you to ensure the best possible experience.

.Activities

Our 4, 6 and 8 Day safari packages Include a private guide and safari vehicle available for the duration of your stay. This gives you flexibility to change game drive times to suite the groups needs. ( Full day safaris are available for the duration of your package). All drives will be conducted within the Kruger national park covering a variety of biomes and habitats to give you the best chance of spotting Krugers iconic species. We do offer add on activities ranging from 1-3 extra days or night drives that do not require extra days but are simply added to an existing tour date.

.Meals

During your stay three meals a day and a snack pack are included and the menu curated to your dietry requirements. All non alcoholic drinks included (Alcohol can be arranged on arrival). The CicadaCo team will treat you to local and historically significant cuisine. On full day safaris we will make use of restaurants within the park.

Booking process and communication/planning thereafter.

After selecting your package (4,6 or 8 day) select witch booking agent you used if none select None. And click (BOOK NOW!).
Under quantity select how many people will attending the tour ( max 8 but more can be arranged via email info@cicada-co.com )
Select preferred date and click (Continue )
Deposit (50%) option available. Fill in required customer info, choose add-ons if any. Click on (CONFIRM BOOKING)
Proceed to checkout via cart Icon.
After payment has been made we will contact you to coordinate flight schedules and finalise tour dates. you will then receive a detailed itinerary and client information forms to fill out for menu planning and other prefrences. we will send you an invite to a whatsapp group where all further communication and planning will be done. if you used a booking agent they too will be on the group.
